Prenatal personal training is designed to support the unique physical needs and challenges during pregnancy. The primary goals are to ensure the safety of boh the mother and the developing baby, to maintain or improve fitness levels, to prepare the body for labor, and to aid in postpartum recovery.

Postpartum personal training focuses on helping new mothers regain their pre-pregnancy fitness levels, strength, and overall health after childbirth. It is tailored to the unique physical and emotional needs of postpartum women especially dealing with pelvic floor and diastasis recti.

Personal training aims to provide clients with the knowledge, skills, and motivation they need to achieve their fitness goals effectively and safely. we start with an initial assessment, set goals and then I provide customized workout plans, track our progress & adaptation, offer nutritional guidance, support & motivate you all while keeping you accountable.

Personal training for older populations focuses on addressing the specific health, fitness and mobility needs of seniors. We begin with a comprehensive evaluation to begin designing customized exercise programs for each client. We will incorporate strength training, balance & stability activities, flexibility & mobility exercises along with nutritional guidance and tons of support to encourage you along your fitness journey.
